Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid coaching programs and consultations offered by Apinetwork Tools. Website pricing is informational; the invoice and client agreement you receive control the commercial terms for your enrollment.

Eligibility

Refund requests are considered for packages paid directly to Apinetwork Tools. Employer-sponsored invoices may require the sponsoring organization’s written approval before any credit is issued.

Timeframe

You may request a full refund within 7 days of payment if no live coaching session has taken place and no substantial written deliverable has been issued. After the first live session, only partial refunds may apply as described below.

Full and partial refunds

Full refund: unused Signal Session or package cancelled within the 7-day window with no sessions delivered. Partial refund: for Pathway Studio or Leadership Compass, unused remaining sessions may be credited at a pro-rata rate minus an administrative fee of 10% of the package price, provided you cancel at least 48 hours before the next scheduled session.

Non-refundable items

Completed sessions, personalized written artefacts already delivered, peer-circle access fees after activation, and third-party costs (for example external assessment tools purchased at your request) are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email hello@apinetwork-tools.digital with your full name, invoice number, program name, and reason for the request. We confirm receipt within three business days and outline the calculation.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method where possible. Bank transfers may take additional time depending on your institution.

Cancellation by either party

You may cancel future sessions with 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations count as delivered sessions. We may reschedule if a coach is unavailable; if we cancel a package entirely without offering a suitable alternative, you receive a pro-rata refund of unused fees without administrative fee.

Exceptions

Statutory consumer rights that apply under German law remain unaffected. If a mandatory cooling-off right applies to your distance contract, that right takes precedence over this Policy to the extent of any conflict.
